We were in the mall one morning when we saw a sign that says “Inutak.” We got intrigued and approached the table beside the big sign. What we saw was a big dish of rice pudding.
So THAT’s Inutak!
Ground sticky rice mixed with coconut cream, then baked. It’s really delicious! Kristina’s Inutak wasn’t too sweet, and one could sense the deep coconut flavor. It tasted like sapin-sapin. And it wasn’t too sticky, making it easy to eat.
What we had was the Classic variant. Kristina’s has other flavors: Langka, Tablea, Corn, etc. A small box costs Php 150.
Perfect partner: coffee.
